Where is the nicest place in Florida to move to with a family? ?
Thinking about moving there from the UK. Needs to be near good scuba diving locations and schools. What is the quality of life like there?
Ok, so any other suggestions? We are sick of the freezing and dull weather here! But needs to be coastal.
Well, i ve haven't been all over florida, but Jacksonville is a nice place to raise a family (certain parts of course). Daytona is nice too. Pensicola is nice too, but no scuba diving. Orlando i have heard is nice, but ive never lived there, only visited.
Try to avoid Miami. Its nice to visit, but the crime rate is high, the schools arent good (unless you can afford to live in a nice area). Not a good place to raise a family in my opinion. ( i live here) And the traffic is unbareable. Overall, I'd say Jacksonville.
