Scuba Dive Guam

I traveled until......a poem to critique?

I've traveled to Hong Kong
and seen the Great Wall
I lived in Guam
when Saigon fell
my home was Alaska
its first year as a state
was body searched in Manila
while under martial law
scuba dived off
the island of Truk
snorkeled along
the Great Coral Reef
have seen the pink buildings
lined up on Bermuda
stood under the spray
of Dunn's River Falls to
escape the heat of Puerto Rico
I've hiked up the ancient
Aztec ruins in Cozumel
scooted out of the way
for the bikers in Taipei
but my universe was not opened
until here on the net
my journey completed
when you I met.

I lived in Oklahoma once...

Love this poem ma, and although I haven't seen all the wonderful places, or done the adventurous things you were blessed to have seen and done, we share the feeling of having the universe opening up to us after discovering the net and opening up a new world of friends all over the globe.
