Who are three stakeholders and their interests of salinity of the great barrier reef?

The only economic stakeholders of salinity are really the tourism industry. As you can imagine the beauty of the Great Barrier Reef is one thing that draws in tourists from around the world. Changes in salinty can obviously affect the ecosystem of the reef to the point that some speicies can die off and other speices, parasitic like the Crown of Thorns starfish, flourish. Also as the Great Barrier Reef is a World Heritage Site and a National Park, changes in salinty can affect the natural aspect of the reef. This can be considered a second stakeholder if you so desire. A third, and important, stakeholder is the fishing industry. Though the park itself is considered a no fishing zone (indigenous people excepted which I'll explain later), there are several speices of fish that use the reef for breeding e.t.c and then migrate out into the legal fishing zones. Of course changes in salinty can affect things like breeding cycles and migration patterns of these fish stock.
In the more remote areas up in the north of the reef the indigenous people are allowed to sustenance fish (that is fish to survive using traditional methods). If the salinty changes and alters the breeding patterns of these fish you can have a similar situation as the commcerical fishing industry.
So in a nutshell 3 stakeholders affected by the salinty of the Great Barrier Reef are:
1) Tourist industry.
2) Commcercial fishing (though they operate outside of the reef itself their fish breed in there).
3) Indigenous peoples who rely on traditional fishing.
