Yeah, so okay, I looked up a few places for scuba diving in Goa, PADI Certified. I want to do the Open Water Diving Course (PADI), and I'm in a bit of a dilemma about where to do it from. So, could anyone please give me some advice on which is the best place to learn scuba diving in Goa, where the equipment and the instructors and visiblility under-water is the best.
