I am going to Cairns, Australia and have a day after a week of scuba diving...Ideas?

I want to know what to do in Cairns after a week of scuba diving, and how to get ahold of the proper people to get these things set up.

if you only have one day off and don't want to travel too far, you can catch a bus to either Kuranda (which is a town amongst the rainforest) or Port Douglas (which is quite a famous resort town). At both places you can find awesome swimming holes and tourist attractions. Kuranda has a great railway and the skyrail so you can go up on one and come back on the other. otherwise, Cairns offers bungee jumping, wake boarding, go karting etc.
