All PADI stores/instructors should offer the same quality of service.
Try and find one that offers the group size and perhaps social aspect that you prefer.
The Great Barrier Reef is beautiful, but then so is Ningaloo Reef on the West coast.
For GBR have a look at Deep Sea Divers Den.
