Truk (Chuuk) is located 1000km (650 miles) southeast of Guam, 1200km (750 miles) north of Papua New Guinea and 9600km (6,000 miles) southwest of Los Angeles. Chuuk has a warm and tropical climate. Chuuk's capital is Weno and to reach there 4 flights are available per week from/to Guam. This air-way is served by Continental Micronesia.

Here you can find full service dive center for both the recreational and technical diver. They offer up to 4 dives a day. The dive center generally visits around 20 of the most popular dive sites plus other interesting sites upon request or when conditions are right. Most dive sites are located within a 25 minute boat ride from the dive shop.
Best time for truk diving and visiting truk dive spots is dry season between December and April. English is widely communication language here. US Dollar is used as currency at Truk Lagoon as well as Micronesia. Diving in truk is risky also...Be careful while diving in truk lagoon generally dives are very deep here.
