As well as expertly trained English speaking ESPA therapists Vaha is joined from The Intercontinental Champneys Spa in Goa by Sagar Panwar, a specialist Yoga instructor and Ayurvedic practitioner. For those who are there to do more that relax there is also a personal trainer on hand to devise bespoke training and diet programmes.
Vaha offers a wide range of sophisticated ESPA treatments. A favourite with celebrities such as Jade Jagger ESPA fuses East and West to bring harmony to the mind and body treatments include Chakra Balancing With Hot Stones (1 hour 55 mins); Blissful Back, Face and Scalp Massage with Hot Stones (1 hour 45 mins); The Vaha Grounding Foot Ritual (40 mins). Sagar will be administering specialist Ayurvedic treatments such as SHİRODHARA to help to ease stress and tension and ABHYANGA for weight loss and toning the skin.

Vaha also boasts an exquisite restaurant, with exceptionally talented Head Chef Klaus Deutschmann who joins Vaha from the 2 Michelin Starred Hotel Vila Joya in Algarve, Portugal. To complement the day spa, the restaurant serves a scrumptious day menu, including a delicious detox lunch. Getting There
Vaha is within easy reach of the UK. BA, Thomson Holidays and Easy Jet all do very reasonable flights to Larnaca Airport in the South of the Island. Guests will be met by one of the Vaha team and driven across the border to the spa (the journey takes approx 1.5 hours).
