HELP! Sunfilled, relaxation holiday needed between jobs!?

Hi,

I have resigned from an extremely stressful job, and I have 2 weeks freed for a quick holiday to de-stress, relax and unwind before starting my new job.

I'm interested in:
Asia (maybe Vietnam?)
Scuba Diving
Trekking
Interesting cheap travel - bus/train
white sandy beaches, turquoise water
Budget is around AUD2000

Was thinking about Malaysia, now thinking Vietnam, thought about Bali, but i guess my mind is too stressed to think clearly and make a decision. :)

I will be ready to leave on the 18th July....

Langkawi - Malaysia. Forget trekking - you don't have the time (although I highly recommend it for your next 4 week holiday). Forget "interesting cheap travel - bus/train" - you don't have time. Get cheapest flight to KL, get cheapest flight straight to Langkawi.... if that takes up your whole budget it doesn't matter. You're on a tax-free island with all your other "wants" less than a 30second walk away!
