Do I need a visa to dive in the red sea?
I would like to stay in sharm el shaykh to go scuba diving. I've heard that you need a visa to be able to do this, not to stay there but to dive from there. Is this correct? If so why? and how do I get one?
Yes - you will need a visa. However, most tourists entering Egypt get their entry visa upon their arrival in Egypt, filling out the proper paperwork for it on the plane coming in.
