Bali: Was I overcharged by paying USD100 for 3 kinds of water sports?

I was in Bali over the past week and I paid USD100 for Jet-skiing, scuba-diving, and para-sailing. Was I overcharged? What's the usual price to bargain for?

I would say that was a reasonable price to pay.
If your really good at bargaining, you may have been able to get it down to 90 or 80, but 100 isn't a rip-off.
