I heard that there is a Diving Center ( SCUBA) in Royal Caribbean Cruise (Voyger)? is that true?

if True!
I Lost my open water License but i got a Permenant one! will i need to have the diving book also (which include all the dives ive done)
because i Lost it 2!
so can i dive in the royal Caribbean Cruise with only the permenant License?

If you are a certified diver you can contact the certifying group (PADI, NAUI, SSI, YMCA, etc) and get a replacement certification card.
