Caribbean family destinations?

my family wants to go on a vacation but can't decide where to go. some where tropical with beautiful beaches. so I an asking to see if any one has any stories to share about an amazing trip they went on.

if you went to an
*all inclusive
*scuba diving
* swimming with dolphin encounters
*kid friendly ( 12 and 15 year old)
*nice beaches
*nice pools
*horseback riding
*nice food and Hotel rooms

*not to expensive (like Hawaii Fiji or St.Lucia)

so if anyone knows of a good place that has all or most of theses things i'd love to hear about your experience
