Scuba Dive Trips

Can someone help me with this probability and statistics problem?

The mailing list of an agency that markets scuba-diving trips to Florida contains 70% males and 30% females. The agency calls 30 people chosen at random from it's list.
a)what is the probability that 20 of the 30 are men?
b)what is the probability that the first woman is reached on the fourth call? (that is, the first 4 calls give MMMF)

I could tell you the answer or I could give you an idea of what to consider when you do it yourself.

a) Binomial numbers and p = 0.7, q= 0.3 might help here. You do not know the size of the population of the mailing list so you might need to make an assumption that it is large enough to assume a Normal distribution. I think the central limit theorem might help here.

b) Binomial theory, and conditional probabilities. Look it up in your text book! Again if the size of the population is large enough you might be able to simplify the problem.
